Ahahahah almost 2 years since my last journal entry! I hope to be updating more often now... since I feel like I have somewhat of a hold of my life now. Social life is.... still dead but I'm going to be attending more conventions and try to make friends.

So just last year I've been smitten by ball-jointed dolls. These eerily creepy and beautiful dolls. At least I thought they were creepy when I first saw them. And then last year I just wanted to have one. So after a lot of research I bought my first doll, an Elfdoll Soah, around February this year.

But that is old news XD I'm obsessed with making her my little carbon copy lolita (well, except she's obviously prettier than her owner XD) She has gone through a body change already, since I didn't like her first body (which is the newest Elfdoll body with the pushed together cleavage). I switched to an AOD (Angel of Dream) Normal Skin-yellow body, and while I like that it's more petite than the Elfdoll body, it's still not what I want for my Soah (not to mention I bought the wrong color, I meant to get NS-Pink but was swayed to get the yellow for some odd reason).

So now I have my eyes on the Volks SD girl body (also known as the SD10 body, the one without the torso joint, that Volks Nana and Kira came with I believe?), it just seems perfect. Strange for me to obsess over a female doll body XD But that's what happens when you become completely absorbed with BJD's. Eventually I will have to buy 2 bodies, since I have the reminesce Soah head that came with the special edition. But for now, anyone interested in trading? My AOD girl body for your SD10 girl body. I also have brand lolita and visual kei clothes I would be willing to offer up too:

If only I were fortunate enough to trade out things like that Coach purse my aunt bought me for getting my first job. *sigh* Coach is soooo not my thing. It is an adorable purse though. I have a few friends who would jump on it, but I wouldn't get anything of value back lol. Wishful thinking, I know, I know.

So is anyone going to the lolita fashion and BJD convention Innocente Seraphim? Or InnoSera for short. Thankfully I live really close to Bellevue (where the convention will be held in August) so I can probably go, as long as money permits XD Elfdoll and Dollheart are coming!!! My friend tells me a very famous guest will also be there, but I have to keep it a secret since they haven't officially signed their contract yet, but have expressed interest in attending (ACK keeping secrets like this one are too hard!!!). I'm hoping to meet other doll owners and make some friends! (Because Robin, my Soah, needs friends too XD)

Now to sleep, else I will have hell at work (eh, work is always hell though...)
